By accessing or using Multipix Convert (the "Service"), operated by Multipix Convert ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

3. Use of the Service

Multipix Convert provides online tools for converting and processing image and document files. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.
• You are responsible for all activity performed under your account or device.
• We may impose limits on usage (file size, number of conversions, etc.) and may modify those limits at any time.

• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or harmful.

When you upload files or content to our Service, you retain ownership of that content. By uploading you grant us a limited license to store, process, and deliver the converted files to you and to operate and improve the Service.

Do not upload sensitive personal data (health, financial, passwords, national ID numbers, etc.) unless you have permission and understand the risks. We are not responsible for content you choose to upload.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title and interest in and to the Service (excluding user-provided content) are owned by Multipix Convert or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written permission.

7. Payment and Refunds

Many features of the Service are currently available for free. If we introduce paid features or subscriptions, separate terms and pricing will apply. Refunds for paid services will be handled according to the specific purchase terms in effect at the time of purchase.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that conversion results will meet your expectations.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Multipix Convert from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.
